Creating and managing your account
How do I create an account?
1) Click “Create an Account” on the top right hand corner of the page
2) Fill out all of the required information on the “Create an Account Request” form
3) Once you have filled out the form click “Create Account” at the bottom of form.
4) Your request will be sent to our Dank Distro team and will take approximately 1-2 business days to process.
5) Once your account has been created and approved you will receive an email.
6) Once you receive your email you can log into your account at the top right corner of the page and begin to add products to your cart. At this point you will have
access to pricing information as well.
How long do I need to wait once I request an account?
The request to Create an Account will take approximately between 1-2
Business Days.
Placing orders and tracking your shipment
What is the minimum order quantity?
At this time there are no minimum order requirements. Please note that
larger orders will receive better shipping options.
How do I put an order through?
1) Select the iems you would like to purchase and add to cart
2) You can access your cart on the top right hand corner of the page
3) Once you have completed your order click the cart at the top right hand corner of the page
4) Review your items
5) Once you are happy with your order click “Checkout Net15”
6) Once Checkout is initiated you will receive an email confirming your order is processing
7) Once your order is received Dank Distro will process your order and send you an invoice for our best calculated shipping cost within 1 Business Day. This invoice will include your selected products and shipping cost.
8) Within 1 Business Day you will receive an email with your invoice as mentioned above. Each client will have 2 Business Days to complete their payment. Payment information will be provided via e-transfer or credit card. All payment
information will be on your invoice.
9) Once payment has been received Dank Distro will process and ship your order within 1-2 Business Days.
10) You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped via email.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping information.
Policies and terms
What are the payment terms?
When purchasing with Dank Distro we hold your order for 48 hours. During this processing time you will receive a payment link to make your payment. Once your payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please note
Dank Distro will not process any unpaid orders.
What is your return policy?
Dank Distro does not offer any refunds or returns. If you have any damaged goods Dank Distro will asses these claims on a case by case basis. If this pertains to you please take clear images and email them right away to distro@dankmart.ca
